• In-stock items: Processed within 1–2 business days

• Custom orders: Made-to-order items take up to 1 month to create before shipping

• Orders are shipped from either our Pennsylvania, USA location or our Ecuador base, depending on customer location and inventory availability.

📦 Shipping Times

• Domestic & International Shipping: Typically 3–4 business days once shipped

• Carriers include DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx—we select the best option based on your region and fulfillment location

• All orders come with tracking information provided via email

🌍 Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries restricted under U.S. or Ecuadorian shipping regulations. If your country is not eligible, you will be notified at checkout.

• We offer free shipping, which is already included in the price of each product

• All shipments are insured

• If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, we will either replace the item (if stock allows) or issue a refund

• Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your tracking information if your order hasn’t arrived or is damaged
